Academic researchers have released a study on how to survive on Game of Thrones
Reidar Lystad and Benjamin Brown of Macquarie University in Sydney published their findings in the academic journal Injury Epidemiology. They found that 14% of human characters end up dying within an hour after being introduced on screen, and that most deaths were violent. They also found that characters who were male and lowborn were the least likely to survive.
