HBO confirms Conan O'Brien-hosted Game of Thrones reunion special -- but it won't air on TV

The reunion special that Sean Bean recently revealed was filmed earlier this year was made for the Game of Thrones complete series home video box set that will package together seasons 1-8 for the first time, according to EW. The box set will be released some time after the series finale in 2019.
