It looks like President Trump is powerless to stop 60 Minutes from airing its Stormy Daniels segment
"It is almost certainly too late for Trump to disrupt the telecast," according to The Washington Post's Callum Borchers. "A court order requiring Daniels to honor a nondisclosure agreement she signed in 2016 would not force 60 Minutes to spike an interview she and (Anderson) Cooper taped last week." A defamation attorney adds that since CBS isn't part of the reported legal settlement between Trump and the porn star, it can't be restricted from broadcasting the interview
