Source: The Hollywood Reporter
After making his regular TV series debut earlier this year on BBC and Amazon's A Very English Scandal, the 58-year-old actor is joining Kidman on the David E. Kelley HBO limited series. He'll play Kidman's successful therapist character's seemingly devoted husband, an acclaimed pediatric oncologist, whose disappearance leads to "a chain of terrible revelations." According to the show's logline, "left behind in the wake of a spreading and very public disaster, and horrified by the ways in which she has failed to heed her own advice, Grace must dismantle one life and create another for her child and herself."

Netflix orders World War II drama The Liberator, which will be made using a new technology blending live-action with animation
Source: Deadline
The Liberator will be the first project ever produced using Trioscope, "which combines state-of-the-art CGI with live-action performance," according to Deadline. "The technology allows creators to tell a visually compelling story with rich detail in a way that conveys the human emotion and drama of the serious subject matter." The Liberator is based on Alex Kershaw's book The Liberator: One World War II Soldier’s 500-Day Odyssey, which tells "the riveting true story of the bloodiest and most dramatic march to victory of the Second World War: the battlefield odyssey of maverick U.S. Army officer Felix Sparks and his infantry unit as they fought for over five hundred days to liberate Europe."
