    The Titus Welliver-led Amazon cop drama will carry on as the streaming service's longest-running series with its Season 6 renewal before next year's premiere of Season 5. “I’m on the set where we are wrapping up the filming of season 5, and now this great news that we get to do it again with a sixth season,” says Michael Connelly, the bestselling author behind the Bosch novel who's a producer on the TV series. “Can’t wait!” Amazon Studios' co-TV head Albert Cheng added: “Bosch is a customer and critical favorite and Amazon Prime members are fans of this long-running series that delivers strong storytelling, complex characters, and exceptional performances."

    Cogman went from being an assistant to Game of Thrones creators David Benioff and D.B. Weiss on the pilot to becoming a writer and co-executive producer on the HBO series. He also wrote the series' bible. “We’re proud to be in business with Bryan, who has written some of the most memorable and exhilarating television in recent history,” said Albert Cheng, co-head television for Amazon Studios, in a statement. “His storytelling prowess is undeniable, and we cannot wait to introduce his voice to our Prime Video audience.”
