Steve Wilkos charged with DUI
Last month, the syndicated talk show host told TMZ his car struck several poles and a tree before turning over because he was distracted trying to find his glasses while driving. Wilkos now says he lied. On Wednesday, Wilkos was charged with DUI after medical records found that he was way over the legal limit with a BAC of .29%.

Survivor winner Jenna Morasca arrested for allegedly biting a cop after being revived from a drug overdose
The Survivor: The Amazon champion, who went on to star on Survivor: All-Stars and The Amazing Race was reportedly found unconscious in late January with drug paraphernalia in her SUV when she was revived and taken to the hospital, TMZ reports. That's when Morasca allegedly bit a paramedic and police officer.

A judge has already declined to dismiss the charge before it goes to trial. Soules is facing up to five years in prison if he’s found guilty.

Mark Salling’s victims won’t likely receive the restitution he agreed to as part of his plea deal
The Glee alum had agreed to pay his victims in his child pornography case $50,000 each as part of his plea agreement. However, the plea deal was to be enacted as part of his final sentencing, which won’t take place, as TMZ reports. His victims’ only recourse now is to sue his estate for damages.

HGTV star Christopher Dionne arrested for allegedly molesting a 10-year-old girl
Dionne turned himself into police Monday to face charges of sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor. Dionne appeared on the pilot of HGTV’s Family Flip and a yet-to-be-aired A&E show called House Rescue.

Ex-Disney star Adam Hicks charged with two armed robberies and three attempted robberies
Hicks, who currently stars on Hulu’s Freakish, is facing up to 60 years in prison for the robberies he allegedly committed with his girlfriend, with Hicks’ bail bumped up to $550,000. In addition, TMZ has posted video allegedly showing Hicks committing armed robbery.

Hulu Freakish star Adam Hicks arrested on suspicion of committing multiple armed robberies
The former Disney XD star and his girlfriend were arrested Wednesday afternoon “in connection with a string of armed street robberies that occurred yesterday morning,” according to Burbank Police. Hicks and his girlfriend are each being held on $350,000 bail.

FBI arrests man for threatening to gun down CNN employees over “fake news”
”Fake news. I'm coming to gun you all down,” the unnamed Michigan man said in one of 22 phone calls to CNN headquarters in Atlanta last week. The FBI also said the man said, “I'm smarter than you. More powerful than you. I have more guns than you. More manpower. Your cast is about to get gunned down in a matter of hours." Authorities were able to trace his calls to Detroit.

CNBC reality TV crew that was arrested was carrying a “vacuum compression luggage” -- not a fake bomb
Reality TV producer Endemol has an explanation for why nine of its crew members were taken into custody and later released over concerns they tried to get a fake bomb through security at Newark Airport. Endemol says the crew from the upcoming show Staten Island Hustle “was producing an episode about a new product, vacuum compression luggage, which allows travelers more room for clothing and has no other intended use. Unfortunately, there appears to have been a misunderstanding, and we regret any inconvenience to TSA and other authorities on the ground for complications that may have been caused.”

CNBC reality TV crew reportedly tried to sneak a fake bomb through Newark Airport
Nine members of a reality show crew were charged and released with conspiracy to create a public alarm and other offenses. Authorities say the crew members said they were filming a show called Staten Island Hustle and wanted to see how passengers and TSA workers would react to the device made up of vacuum cleaner parts and wires. CNBC referred all questions to reality show producer Endemol. "While this process is ongoing we are unable to comment further but in the meantime, we sincerely apologize for any disruption caused," Endemol said.
