ABC exec defends use of unedited Bachelor footage, says Arie Luyendyk Jr. wasn't forced to break up on camera
ABC reality chief Robert Mills explains the decision to show the finale breakup in real time using a split screen: "Once we saw the footage it was a two-second thing," he says. "Instant. We really needed everyone to see this and have kind of the same reaction we were having. It's like the old saying, there's three sides to every story, yours, mine and the truth. And no one's lying. And that's sort of the case here, where the more of that that we can capture, so everyone can actually see it, and not say, 'Well, I said this,' 'No, actually I said this.' Last night, there was no doubt as to what went down there, between Arie and Becca. You now know everything, whether you agree with it, or disagree with it. You see it all, and you're able to make your decision on how you feel about it." On the accusations that Arie was forced to break up on camera, Mills says "of course he could have done it off camera if he wanted to," adding: "You can't force somebody into doing something."

Erin Andrews accused of going “Hollywood” while working on ESPN’s College Gameday
Andrews was an ESPN sideline reporter who had just come off of competing on Dancing With the Stars when she joined ESPN’s iconic college football pregame show in 2010. According to College Gameday’s Desmond Howard, Andrews seemed more interested in the goings-on in Hollywood than in college football. “She had the Dancing With the Stars and the whole Hollywood thing going on, whatever,” Howard said on ESPN historian James Andrew Miller’s Origins podcast. “We are talking football and she’s in there on that website,” PerezHilton.com. Andrews spent two seasons on Gameday before moving to Fox Sports to cover college football and the NFL in 2012. Fox Sports wouldn’t allow her to be interviewed for the podcast.

Five women accuse Louis CK of Sexual Misconduct
In an extensive report, The New York Times details the stories of five women who describe upsetting experiences with the comedian. In it, Courteney Cox and David Arquette confirm one incident. In 2005, they served as producers on a pilot in which Louis CK, a guest star, allegedly masturbated in front of one of the actresses, comedian Rebecca Corry. “What happened to Rebecca on that set was awful,” Cox said in an email to the New York Times, adding that she felt “outrage and shock.” Another woman alleged that when she worked on The Chris Rock Show, Louis CK, one of the writers, also masturbated in front of her. According to The Times, the women accusing Louis CK of sexual misconduct feared career repercussions. But his manager, Dave Becky, says he "never threatened anyone." Meanwhile, Louis CK's publicist, Lewis Kay, said "Louis is not going to answer any questions" about the allegations. (Interestingly, Lewis Kay also represents Erin Andrews, who was a victim of sexual misconduct.)
