Scientology is getting its own 24-hour TV network
The Scientology Network is scheduled to debut tonight on DirecTV, Apple, Roku, Amazon Fire and Google Chromecast. One of the goals of the channel is apparently to counter anti-Scientology programming like Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath. "The only thing more interesting than what you’ve heard is what you haven’t," says a promo for the new Scientology Network.

Erinn Hayes tweets that she’s “very aware” that Scientology is behind some of the Kevin Can Wait-bashing
The Church of Scientology says, via a spokesperson, that it has not attacked the CBS sitcom, which stars former member Leah Remini. But when a Twitter user tweeted at Hayes that some of the anti-Kevin Can Wait tweets she has been liking may have a Scientology agenda, the actress responded: “Very aware and don’t condone any of the bashing. Watch the show or don’t, but I find the personal attacks very ugly.”

Leah Remini: Scientology tried to get me to convert Kevin James
Remini says of her King of Queens co-star, “They always tried to get me to, (asking) ‘Why is he not in? Why have you not promoted it to him?’ I was like, ‘Because he’s Catholic. He doesn’t want anything to do with it. They let it go after a while, but usually you’d be expected to recruit, especially with somebody you work with for nine years.”

Elisabeth Moss responds after a fan asked if The Handmaid's Tale made her “think twice about Scientology

In a rare comment on her religion, Moss responded to an Instagram commenter, saying: “That’s actually not true at all about Scientology. Religious freedom and tolerance and understanding the truth and equal rights for every race, religion and creed are extremely important to me. The most important things to me probably.
