Andy Cohen responds to Real Housewives star Joe Giudice's deportation order: "I’m really upset about it"
“Why not sentence him to community service or to something else that he could do to enrich the community instead of deporting him?” Cohen said on his SiriusXM radio show of the imprisoned Real Housewives of New Jersey star, who is set to be deported back to Italy when his sentence is over next year. “He spent his whole life here. He’s got kids, he’s got a family, he’s never lived in Italy, I’m really upset about it. My heart just really goes out to Teresa and the kids.”

The new season of the Bravo reality show has been already filmed and premieres on Nov. 7, but one source tells Page Six that the show has to address this week's news that Giudice was ordered to be deported back to Italy once he's done serving his prison sentence for tax fraud.

Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Joe Giudice will be deported back to Italy after he finishes his prison sentence
Giudice, who is serving a 41-month prison sentence for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud, will be returned back to Italy "as a matter of law," a judge ruled. Giudice is expected to finish his sentence next year.

Giudice, who's currently serving a 41-month prison sentence for conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bankruptcy fraud and failure to file a tax return, could be deported when his sentence is finished in March 2019. The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has confirmed it has begun the process to send Giudice back to his home country.
